Snap! Teacher's eye for cuteness pays off As a gifted teacher at Perkins Elementary in St. Petersburg, Anne Weller, 48, is used to getting her students to do as she says. She apparently has a way with animals, too. Weller recently was named one of five winners in the American Humane Association's 2006 Pets & Pals Photo Contest. With one hand, she snapped a picture of her great-niece, Lexi Williams of Illinois, then 4, blowing kisses at the camera with her sister's mixed-breed dog, Preston. The prize: $500. "I take a lot of pictures," Weller said. "That just happened to be a cute one. It was one of those serendipity moments." Tampa forecast: cloudy, with a high chance of art Look! Up in the sky! It's art! Brazilian-born artist Vik Muniz plans to skywrite two clouds Friday over the downtown Tampa skyline and then photograph them. As part of an exhibit of his work at the University of South Florida Contemporary Art Museum, he will draw one cloud midmorning and another midafternoon. They should be visible in the downtown area, though Muniz plans his photo shoot around Bayshore Boulevard and Euclid Avenue. He's directed similar cloud drawings in New York City and Miami. Keller broadcast his late-night religious talk show on the i Network, formerly PAX TV, for four weeks in July. He ended a 20-show run of Live Prayer with Bill Keller after struggling to raise enough money to sustain the national broadcast. But Keller's still celebrating. Today, his ministry marks its seventh anniversary. He also plans to get back on national TV. Supporters have donated or pledged the $900,000 he needs to stay on the air for a month. After that, Keller hopes to fund the broadcast through revenue-sharing agreements with companies such as eHarmony and Feed the Children. "The bottom line is we'll be back on Nov. 6," Keller said. "We're very excited." CORRECTION Clearwater Sgt. Greg Stewart gave details about a body found Tuesday on the roof of a building. His name was misspelled.
