DEVELOPER: Inland Homes of Tampa.
DESCRIPTION: Community of 41 single-family homes and 45 townhomes. Single-family homes have three or four bedrooms, 21/2 to 31/2 baths and 2,686 to 2,767 square feet. Townhomes have three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and 1,386 to 1,513 square feet.
PRICE: $419,900 to $445,900 for single-family homes; $239,900 to $262,900 for townhomes.
AMENITIES: Single-family homes have maple cabinets and granite counter tops in kitchen, carpet with tile in wet areas, 12 options for interior paint color, prewiring for surround sound in family room, security system, and hurricane shutters. Townhomes have maple cabinets and Corian counter tops in kitchen, cultured marble in baths, carpet with tile in wet areas, and security system.
WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: The neo-traditional architectural style gives the community a northern atmosphere along the lines of old Charleston, said Kathy Costello of Inland Homes.
TIMELINE: Construction on single-family homes began in April, with the first homes to be completed by October. Construction on townhomes is scheduled to begin in a month and last six to seven months.
MOVE-IN DATE: Starting in October for single-family homes; early 2007 for townhomes.
