By ROBERT TRIGAUX
Published September 4, 2006
The builder of multiple food empires, from Chun King Chinese and Jeno's Pizza Rolls to Michelina's Frozen Entrees, is also the founder of the Florida town of Heathrow. His biography of entrepre-neurial zeal is detailed in the new book, Jeno: The Power of the Peddler. A big backer of President Bush (father and son), the 88-year-old still calls for raising the $5.15 federal minimum wage, taxing the wealthy to pay for the war in Iraq and halting the budget cuts to major social programs.
