Hernando Performing Arts Guild
Concerts are at the Hernando High School Performing Arts Center, 700 Bell Ave., Brooksville. Tickets are $18 per show, $60 for the season (five shows). Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with all shows beginning at 7. Ticket and information hotline: 799-5577.

Community Performing Arts Guild
Performances are at 2 and 7 p.m. at Mariner United Methodist Church, 7079 Mariner Blvd., Spring Hill. Guild subscriber season passes will be available for pickup at the church between 9 a.m. and noon Oct. 17, 24 and 31. A limited number of free tickets are available for most shows and are distributed well in advance of the concert dates. The first public ticket distribution will be Oct. 31. 8 p.m. Oct. 14: The Outlaws, Southern rock group, concert and scholarship endowment fundraiser. Tickets are $50 for the show and a reception afterward; $25 show only.

2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Dec. 9: Ozark Mountain Christmas Show, featuring Branson, Mo., performers the Yearys. Tickets are $20, $18, and $16.
8 p.m. Jan. 20: The Von Trapp Children, the grandchildren of the family made famous in the Broadway musical The Sound of Music. Tickets are $35, $32, and $26.
7 p.m. Jan. 1: Gaelic Storm, the Celtic band in steerage in the movie Titanic, sings Celtic ballads and rousing dance tunes adding madcap humor. Tickets are $25, $22, $18.
2 p.m. Feb. 10: The Living Legends of American Bandstand, starring James Marvell of Mercy (Love Can Make You Happy); Troy Shondell (Still Loving You); and George Galfo's Mystics (Hushaby, White Cliffs of Dover). Wear an outfit from the 1950s or '60s and win a prize. Tickets are $30, $25, $20.
