Armwood's Torrey Davis, rated by Rivals.com as the No. 1 overall recruit in the state and the nation's No. 7 overall player, has not received an official invitation, but, according to Armwood coach Sean Callahan, Davis is expected to get one within the next few weeks.
"I think that Torrey's selection is pretty much a done deal," Callahan said. "We just haven't received the official word yet."
Garcia's selection marks the second straight year a county player has been chosenl.
Last year, Hillsborough High quarterback Jarred Fayson was selected for the all-star bowl, which features 78 of the nation's top players.

Fenton said bowl officials are expected to announce Garcia's official selection during a pep rally at 2 p.m. today.
