JULIANNA'S FUN SHOPPE, 9650 W Linebaugh Ave., will be celebrating its grand opening next weekend from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday and 12-6 p.m. Sunday. The store, which will sell Sanrio products like Hello Kitty and other toys and gifts, will be holding contests and giving out prizes on Saturday. Hello Kitty will also be in attendance from 12-5 p.m. Saturday and 1-4 p.m. Sunday. The family-owned business is in the new Avenue at Westchase. Chad and Victoria Lazzari chose the location because the community is up and coming. Chad Lazzari said the store will offer one of the largest display of Hello Kitty products in the Tampa Bay area. "Sanrio merchandise is priced the same no matter where you go," he said. So you won't be missing a bargain if you shop at Julianna's. Other products for sale include inspirational products by Eat Your Peas, a baby line, Webkinz and Spinner Toys, which should be appealing to young boys. "We don't want the boys in the car screaming, 'I don't want to go in there,' " Lazzari said. There is not a Target or Wal-Mart close by, so the store will be a good option for people looking for something quick, Victoria Lazzari said. The store name was easy to chose. It is named after the couple's 6-year-old daughter. "We have purchased so many of these products over the last six years," Chad Lazzari said. The Lazzari family hopes to open more Julianna's shops in the future. Hours will be 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 12-6 p.m. Sunday. Call 813 926-2200. EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS, 14308-B N Dale Mabry Highway, is opening soon. The store sells edible flowerlike fruit arrangements and already has a location open at 1305 S Dale Mabry.
