Man charged with sexual battery of 4-year-old girl

VALRICO - A 67-year-old Valrico man was arrested Tuesday on charges of sexually battering a 4-year-old girl. James Mizzell of 1505 Highcrest Circle is accused of touching the child and enticing her to touch him inappropriately, sheriff's spokeswoman Debbie Carter said. The incidents allegedly occurred between July 12 and Oct. 2 while the child was visiting Mizzell's home, Carter said. Mizzell was arrested after the child's mother notified authorities. The mother noticed something was wrong with her daughter, questioned the girl and learned what had happened, Carter said. Mizzell has no criminal record in Florida, according to public records. He was being held without bail at the Orient Road Jail on charges of sexual battery and lewd and lascivious molestation. Missing mentally disabled man is found unharmed TAMPA - Tyrone L. Robinson, a missing 20-year-old mentally disabled man, was found and safely returned to his family Tuesday. Robinson, who speaks only his first name, was found at 2:30 a.m. near Hillsborough and Lois avenues, said Tampa police spokeswoman Andrea Davis. On Friday, Robinson left his home at 3412 E 21st Ave., and his family notified police when he didn't return.
