HUDSON - Keswick Christian tailback Jared DiMaggio rushed for 109 yards and two touchdowns as the Crusaders clinched a Class B, District 6 playoff berth.

The Hurricanes' defense provided the host an early 2-0 lead, but Keswick scored 25 unanswered points in the second and third quarters.

"We knew they'd be ready for us," Keswick Christian coach Rick Sanson said. "So we as coaches didn't freak out and worry about things. I knew once we got our offense in gear we'd be fine."

After DiMaggio was tackled in the end zone by Bishop McLaughlin's Brandon Marks, quarterback Jared Stacy gave the Hurricanes a 7-2 lead in the second with a 3-yard run. A 24-yard pass to wide receiver Tony Anderson with 7 seconds left in the half, coupled with a failed extra point, gave Keswick (7-1, 4-1) a 13-2 halftime lead.

Bishop McLaughlin (4-4, 1-3) finally found the end zone with a 7-yard Marks run in the fourth. Marks finished with 35 yards on five carries.
