Arthenia Joyner: For a better state Senate
A Times Editorial
Published October 20, 2006
Arthenia Joyner, 63, a state House representative since 2000, is virtually guaranteed victory, having won the primary. The district covers central Hillsborough, southern Pinellas and northwest Manatee counties. In state Senate District 18, the Times recommends Arthenia Joyner.
