Gelato fans, start your palates

The Italian gelato shop Paciugo opened Tuesday and is serving a variety of treats from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Owner Carl Riche serves coffee drinks, Italian and French pastries, biscotti and scones in the mornings before authentic Italian gelato takes over in the afternoons and evenings. Paciugo is at 300 Beach Drive at the foot of Parkshore Plaza. The store has free wireless Internet access. Antiques dealers move to Central Susan and Rui Farias have opened Central Avenue Antique Marketplace at 2541 Central Ave., the former Antique Exchange building. The store houses more than 15 antique dealers in 3,200 square feet. The couple had sold antiques from a space at the Corner Antique Mall, which was at Fourth Street N and 13th Avenue. When that building was sold this summer, they had to move. Buying a home?
