Boys: Central - Barrett Sheffield, So. Outlook: On the girls side, Sheffield again is a good bet to reach the state finals. She made it there last year and enters regionals this season as a No. 1 seed in the 100 backstroke and a No. 2 in the 200 IM. On the boys side, Springstead sophomore Dan Barry is a No. 1 seed in the 50 free and the 100 butterfly.
