Louisville rises to No. 3 in BCS race
Louisville - and the BCS system - will make things more difficult for one-loss teams near the top of the polls, especially Florida. The undefeated Cardinals, who knocked off previous No. 3 West Virginia on Thursday, leaped from No. 9 in the BCS rankings to third and passed, among others, the Gators and Big 12 leader Texas. Louisville faces a fellow Big East unbeaten for the second week in a row Thursday, traveling to Rutgers. Ohio State and Michigan remained in the top two BCS spots; each football team has one game remaining before their showdown Nov. 18 in Columbus, Ohio. Florida remained fourth and Texas jumped from seventh to fifth.

Two college students were arrested after police said they tried to break into Pittsburgh's Heinz Field early Sunday, hours before the Steelers-Broncos game.
Anand Durvasula, 20, was charged with one count of trespass and Paul Sudeep, 21, was charged with one count of conspiracy, Cmdr. Thomas Stangrecki said.
Sudeep and Durvasula, students at Carnegie Mellon, tried to climb the fence around the stadium at about 2 a.m. and were caught by surveillance cameras, Police Chief Nate Harper said.
The men told police they had tickets to the game and "decided to check things out so they knew where to go," Harper said. Police found a video camera and tripod in the Lexus sport utility vehicle they drove. Harper said Sudeep, a film student, planned to shoot the end of a music video featuring Durvasula at Heinz Field.
