ATV and utility vehicle winch kits

Company: Warn Industries Inc.

Why? The eight-post contactor, a component of the winch kit, can continue to pull current when in the "off" position, causing overheating and posing a fire hazard.

What models? Part number 62135, black contactors used on certain 2,500- to 3,500-pound Warn ATV and utility vehicle winch kits.

Where sold? ATV dealers, ATV accessory retailers, mail order catalogs and Web retailers.

What to do? Disconnect the contactor wires from the battery and contact Warn Industries or a local dealer for a free replacement contactor.

Wilton mitre saws

Why? The aluminum cast pivot joint that connects the base of the saw to the head assembly can crack under extreme pressure or force, causing the blade assembly to break free from the base and posing a laceration hazard.
