Who's News Dr. Carlene A. Wilson, Dr. Marcy L. Howard and Dr. Cheryl Fee have been appointed to the medical staff of Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center. Wilson is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics, Howard in pediatric medicine and Fee in anesthesiology. * * * Dr. Eihab H. Tawfik and Dr. Shrikanth P.Y. Upadya have been welcomed to the staff of Citrus Memorial Health System. Tawfik is board certified in internal medicine, Upadya in cardiology. The hospital also announced that it has been ranked among the top 10 percent in the nation for orthopedic services and among the top 5 percent for general surgery, according to a study released by HealthGrades, a national health care ratings company.
