Price: $2.25-million Architect: Jeff Conner, AIA Amenities: Raw "shell" finish ready for custom interior build-out, ADA compliant with handicapped-accessible restrooms on each floor, Cat 5 prewiring for Internet, elevator, 25 covered parking spaces. What they're saying: The building's architectural style pays homage to the Fort Homer Hesterly Armory, which sits across Howard Avenue. LIST followed guidelines to make West Tampa more pedestrian-friendly by locating parking behind the building and landscaping the front, Lum said. Timeline: Construction on the building is under way and expected to be complete by January. At that time, a custom interior buildout in accordance with the buyer's needs could begin, Lum said.
