Suicidal woman, 36, missing for nearly two months

It's been almost two months since 36-year-old Tammy Walker was last seen, and Pasco deputies are looking for information about the Holiday woman's whereabouts.

On Nov. 1, Walker's friend, Lori Dicisceglie, called deputies and said she dropped Walker off Oct. 13 at 5421 Van Doren Ave. in New Port Richey. She said she hadn't seen Walker, who is suicidal, since.

Meanwhile, a man named Jason Raymar told deputies that two weeks before Walker disappeared, he dropped her and another woman off at a trailer park.

Walker left her purse and cell phone at Raymar's house, but he was unable to find her to return the items.

Lincoln Street to remain open for now, city says

City administrators on Thursday withheld making a recommendation about closing Lincoln Street for a developer, saying they need additional information about his plans.

St. Petersburg developer Grady Pridgen wants a portion of the downtown street to be vacated, so that he can unite parcels he owns on either side.

Pridgen's representative, Steve Kurcan, says the developer is thinking about building a two- or three-story building with 60 residential units and 60 hotel rooms.

But the city administrators who make up the Development Review Committee said they need such information as a site plan and an agreement for how the developer would handle the city's utilities near the street, which includes a force main that serves nearly 7,000 residents.
