Rescue mission will serve free Christmas dinner

The Suncoast Haven of Rest Rescue Mission, 5625 Park Blvd., Pinellas Park, will serve a free 1 p.m. dinner on Christmas Day for the homeless and for people who have no families. Volunteers are needed to help serve the meal and should arrive about noon. Additional dishes are welcome. Call 545-8282.

Male chorus seeks singers, supporters

The newly organized St. Pete Men's Chorus, under the artistic direction of Eland Wilson, is seeking singing and nonsinging members to perform in and support numerous musical events.

The group rehearses 7 to 10 p.m. Tuesdays at King of Peace Metropolitan Community Church, 3150 Fifth Ave. N. SPMC is a member of Gala Choruses.

Two-for-one tickets offered for exhibit

The Florida International Museum is offering a two-for-one admission to see the current exhibit "Marvelous, Magnificent Martele: American Art Nouveau Silver" through Dec. 30, the exhibit's closing date. The exclusive line of handcrafted silver was produced from 1897-1912, and the Shelton Collection is considered the most comprehensive assemblage of this hand-wrought silver in the world.

Regular admission is $10, $8 military, $5 students. Kids 6 and younger are admitted free. Call 341-7901.
