When/where: 7; Verizon Center, Washington TV/radio: Sun Sports; 620-AM What to watch for: The Lightning (14-17-2) is looking to break a four-game losing streak, and the Capitals (15-10-7) have won three of their past four. ... Capitals left wing Alexander Ovechkin, who is tied for the league lead with 22 goals and is second in winning goals (four), is riding a seven-game point streak and has 16 points (six goals) in that span. Ovechkin and Lightning forward Marty St. Louis, who has a five-game point streak and goals in his past three games, are tied for the third in points with 43. ... Tampa Bay is 6-7-2 on the road and has lost its past four away from home. Washington is 8-6-3 at home. ...
