LOCATION: Fourth Avenue at 17th Street in Ybor City

DEVELOPER: Matt Sireci of Sireci Enterprises of Tampa

DESCRIPTION: Five-story building with one commercial and 12 residential condominiums. Residential units have 1,300 to 1,800 square feet and two bedrooms with 21/2 baths or three bedrooms with three baths.

PRICE: $285,000-$380,000

ARCHITECTS: Curtis Gaines Hall Jones Architects of Tampa

AMENITIES: Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, carpet with 20-inch tile in wet areas, optional upgrade to hardwood floors, prewiring for cable, phone, and Internet. Corner units have views down both Fourth Avenue and 17th Street.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: With restaurants and Seventh Avenue attractions close by, "Ybor is your amenity," said developer Matt Sireci. A chiropractor will occupy the ground-floor commercial space.

TIMELINE: Construction began in late 2004 and ended in November. Four residential units are still available.
