Gifted students group meets every month

Partners Allied for Gifted Education and Support holds meetings for families of gifted students at 6:30 p.m. the first Tuesday of each month in the cafeteria at Oak Hill Hospital, 11375 Cortez Blvd. The first gathering of 2007 is Tuesday. For information, call Cindy at 597-3825.

Theater to present 'Charley's Aunt'

NAACP schedules King celebration

The county branch of the NAACP will have its annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration and Fellowship Day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 15 at Kennedy Park, 899 Kennedy Blvd. The event will feature an old-time fish fry and entertainment.
