Volunteers sought to mentor kids 10-14

Gulf Coast Community Care needs volunteers ages 30 and older to spend a few hours a week mentoring a child aged 10-14 from a single parent home or in foster care. No experience is necessary. Mentoring time can be spent with simple activities such as reading, fishing, baking, teaching a craft or visiting a park. Call 479-1813 or 479-1841.

Foster homes needed for neglected children

The Safe Children Coalition of Pasco and Pinellas County is in critical need of foster homes for abused and neglected children in the area.
