Garden club will auction off plants

The Land O'Lakes Garden Club meets at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Land O'Lakes Community Center, 5401 Land O'Lakes Blvd./U.S. 41. There will be a white elephant sale and a plant auction. Members are asked to bring donations of paper goods or nonperishable items for Christian Social Services. Hosts are Eleanor Pask, Sandy Cole, Julia Szilagyi and Ruth Blahut. Wine festival also features food, crafts

A wine festival is planned from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Florida Estates Winery, 25341 State Road 52, near Land O'Lakes. The event will include fresh foods, sauces, sandwiches, plants, home arts and crafts, music and wine samples. For more information, call (813) 996-2113.

Chamber plans membership meeting

The general membership meeting of the Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Jan. 10 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 20735 Leonard Road in Lutz. Mountain Man event set for Jan. 26-28

Mark calendars for the 12th annual Fort Dade Mountain Man Rendezvous scheduled from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 26, 27 and 28 at the Withlacoochee River Park in Dade City. Sponsored by the Pasco County Parks and Recreation Department and the Rotary Club of Dade City, the rendezvous is an educational and informative event for the entire family.
