Location: Off Providence Lakes Boulevard, 1.5 miles south of Causeway Boulevard.

Developer: Lennar Homes

Description: 174 two-story townhouses in 23 buildings. Square footages range from 1,601 to 1,992, with two bedrooms and 21/2 bathrooms, or three bedrooms and 21/2 bathrooms.

Price: $216,990 to 242,990.

Amenities: Gated community; pool with cabana; remote-controlled garage doors; rounded wall corners in living areas; maple cabinets; stainless-steel kitchen appliances with ceramic-top range; granite counters in kitchens and bathrooms; washer and dryer with utility tub; garden tub with separate shower stall in bathrooms; in-wall pest control system; vaulted ceilings with plant ledges.
