Mac Frampton's Here's to the USA: An American Portrait will be at 3 p.m. Jan. 21 at Curtis Peterson Auditorium, at Lecanto High School, 3800 W Educational Path. The box office opens at 2 p.m. on show day for the sale of unreserved seats, which cost $16. Reserved seats are $18 and must be purchased by the Wednesday before the concert by calling Barbara Griffin at 352 746-6721, ext. 1416. Guest vocalists Sam Hagan and Kit Prothero will join the patriotic review, featuring Broadway, gospel and traditional folk songs.

The Highwaymen Exhibition: The exhibit returns from Jan. 13 to Feb. 28 at the Old Courthouse Heritage Museum, One Courthouse Square, Inverness. The Highwaymen were a group of primarily self-taught artists who prospered in the segregated South of the 1950s and 1960s. For many years forgotten, their Florida landscapes are now seen as an important collection of 20th century artwork. Free admission. Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday Call 341-6429.

Citrus Springs Community Chorus: Rehearsals are at 2:30 p.m. Thursdays at the Citrus Springs Community Center beginning Jan. 18. The chorus is open without audition to singers from throughout the area who enjoy part singing. Call Hilda at 489-6465 or Nancy at 465-9209.

The Odd Couple: Dinner theater from Jan. 24 to Feb. 4 at Central Florida Community College in Ocala. Matinee performances, on the weekends, begin with dinner at 12:30 p.m. and show at 2 p.m. Evening performances begin with dinner at 6 p.m. and show at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale now at the CFCC Foundation located in the Enterprise Center at 3001 SW College Road . Big Battle: The annual Brooksville Raid Festival will be Jan. 20 and 21 at the Sand Hill Scout Reservation on State Road 50 in Spring Hill. Admission is $6 for adults and $3 for children at the gate. Call 799-0129 for information.

A Grape Time: Florida Estates Winery will host a wine festival from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at 25241 State Road 52 (4 miles west of Interstate 75 near Land O'Lakes.)
