Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church, 12321 Canton Ave., offers a contemporary music and majesty service at 6 tonight and worship services, celebrating the baptism of Jesus Christ, at 8:30 and 11 a.m. Sunday. Communion will be celebrated at all services. The church quilters will meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday to work on quilts for Lutheran World Relief, and a clogging class is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. A Share Your Faith workshop, conducted by the Rev. Arnold Kromphardt, is scheduled for 9 a.m. Jan. 13. Call 727 863-6446.

First United Methodist Church, 13123 U.S. 19, will have the SHARE food program registration from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 13. The program requires registration, $18 in cash or food stamps, plus two hours of community service. Call (727) 868-6178.

St. Mark's Presbyterian Church, 7922 State Road 52, offers a lecture series, "I'm a Christian - But How Did I Get There?" at 2 and 7 p.m. beginning Monday and continuing on Jan. 15, 22 and 29. Pastor Whitledge will show how the Christian church developed from its New Testament roots and how Christians became a distinctive part of the church and what is unique about the Presbyterian "brand" of Christianity. Holiday United Church of Christ, 4826 Bartelt Road, offers a sermon, "Fear Not," by the Rev. Drew Willard at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Holy Communion will be celebrated, and coffee fellowship is at 10 a.m. with children's Sunday school during the 10:30 a.m. service. Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 20735 Leonard Road, will celebrate the coming of the wise men at 8, 9:15 and 10:30 a.m. Sunday. The Rev. Gil Kuehn will speak on the theme "By the Numbers," and Matt Ellrod will sing Bethlehem Star. A family night is scheduled for 7:30 Monday as the college championship football game will be projected on a large screen in the church's Activity Center. Moon Lake Christian Fellowship, 10936 Moon Lake Road, will have a Gospel Sing from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 13. Local gospel groups will sing, and hamburgers and hot dogs will be served. Admission is free, but offerings will be collected with proceeds benefiting the church. Call (727) 847-4639.

Faith Lutheran Church, 5443 Sunset Road, will celebrate Epiphany at 5 tonight and at 8 and 11 a.m. Sunday. The Rev. Robert Steinke will preach on the topic "On Purpose" at all services. The Presbyterian Church of Seven Springs, 4651 Little Road, will present a concert featuring the Spiritual Renaissance Singers at 4 p.m. Jan. 14. The group was formed in 1989 out of a concern that the rich legacy of African-American music in the choral genre was being neglected. The group formed to perpetuate the arrangements of African-American spirituals by H.T. Burleigh, William Dawson, John W. Work and others. Call (727) 372-7203.

Unity Truth Center, 5844 Pine Hill Road, offers a meditation and healing service in the chapel at 9 a.m. Sunday, and at 10 a.m. a service with the Rev. Barbara Williams speaking on the theme "I Make All Things New" is scheduled. A White Stone ceremony (taken from Rev. 2:17) will also be a part of the service, asking God for new spiritual names.
