3. MLK extravaganza: 22nd annual Drum Major for Justice Battle of the Bands and Drumline Extravaganza, 6:15 p.m. Jan. 14, Tropicana Field, One Tropicana Drive, St. Petersburg. Marching bands from across the nation perform their famous half-time drills in tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Performers hail from historically black colleges and universities, and high school marching bands from seven states. $10 advance, $12 door, $15 VIP.
