Location: Off Carr Road, a half mile north of Boyette Road, Riverview.

Developer: LanDevCo. Inc.

Description: 28 single-family homes. They will be one or two stories and 2,204 to 3,500 square feet. Plans include four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms.

Price: $269,000 to $339,990

Amenities: Three-car garages; hardwood floors; stainless-steel appliances; granite counters in kitchens and bathrooms; rounded interior archways; optional bonus rooms; Roman tub with separate shower stall in bathrooms; high ceilings; tray ceilings in master bedrooms; and optional French doors and lanais.

What They're Saying: "The larger oversized home sites, some up to 85 feet wide by 165 feet deep, will work well with our larger floor plans," said Sauni Walter of William Ryan Homes. "Also the area, with the high schools and Brandon nearby, would be a great location for families."
