George Patrick Dalton was one of four occupants in the 2003 Ford Ranger driven by 18-year-old Michael W. Nelson, according to a Florida Highway Patrol report. Nelson was southbound on Interstate 75 in Sumter County when the tread separated from the right rear tire, sending the truck into the median, where it overturned. Dalton, who was not wearing a seat belt, was thrown from the truck, the report said. Nelson was injured, as well as the other occupants of the truck, Amber N. Rose, 23, and 1-year-old Jeremiah B. My son died in a car accident, he did not wear a seatbelt. Other kids from his same school also died for the same reason. Wear your seatbelts and make sure other passengers with you wear theirs. Save the people who love you a lot of heart ache.

My son also died because he did not have his seatbelt on, I really wish these kids would realize that it does save lives and its not that uncomfortable compared to being dead or confined to a wheel chair/ Please wear your seatbelts. PLEASE
