Sterling is a 2-year-old male gray silver tabby domestic short hair. Tabitha is a 1-year-old female gray Russian blue/Chartreux mix. Home at Last Pet Adoptions Inc. is an all-volunteer rescue group dedicated to saving animals, predominantly cats, facing death at local shelters. There were three adoptions from Jan. 3 to 9. Animals are evaluated for temperament and health. When ready for adoption, they are neutered and given age-appropriate shots, treated for fleas, wormed, tested for feline leukemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus and microchipped.
