Rams prove mightiest in SAC meet
Host team wins Sunshine Athletic Conference title.

NEW PORT RICHEY - Depth led Ridgewood to the Sunshine Athletic Conference title Wednesday.
The host Rams, with a roster of 28, had three champions and nine top-three finishers to win with 62 points.
Runnerup River Ridge 53 points had a meet-high four individual champions. Defending champion Zephyrhills placed third (35) in a field of nine teams, excluding first-year Wiregrass Ranch.
"Just to see the girls be successful, as much fun as they had here, that was enough," Ridgewood coach Brian Wachtel said.
"Winning was just an added bonus."
Ridgewood's Jessica Hunt took the 183-pound title with teammates Meghan Seltman and Breanne Monaco winning at 169 and 139, respectively.
River Ridge's champions were Michelle Miller (199), Brianna Hooker (119), Danielle DiMarte (110) and Natalie Marenghi (101).
Zephyrhills' Ashley Anderton (unlimited), Hudson's Heather Paone (154) and Gulf's Carmen Figueroa (129) also won titles.
