Tiny magnets inside MagneBlocks Magnetic Monstruction Toys building pieces could fall out and be swallowed or aspirated by young children. If more than one magnet is swallowed, the magnets can attract each other and cause intestinal perforation or blockage, which can be fatal. What models? All types of MagneBlocks construction sets. The sets contain six or more plastic building pieces and six or more 1/2-inch diameter steel balls. Some sets include steel rods. The building pieces are various colors and are shaped in 1 1/2-inch cubes and three-, four- and five-sided pyramids. The plastic building pieces have "MagneBlocks™" imprinted on them. Where sold? Discount department, toy, arts and crafts stores and Web sites. What to do? CPSC recommends children younger than 6 not play with toys containing magnets. If a magnet comes out of one of the blocks in these sets, remove the block from the set and send it to Geometrix International for a free replacement block. The highchair can collapse if it is not fully opened and locked into place from the storage position prior to use. What models? The Contempo highchairs have an "A" frame design with six height adjustment positions and three recline positions. Model numbers included in the recall include: 3800COU, 3800DRB, 3800FMT, 3800GGG, 3800GRM, 3800HEM, 3800JEN, 3800LEG, 3800MNS, 3800OWD, 3800SND, 3800TFE, 3800RIT, 3803HRL, 3804CNR, 3805BDA, 3810PEW, 3810PST and 3811PST. The model number and manufacturing date of Oct. 27, 2005, through Nov. 22, 2006, are printed underneath the snack tray of these highchairs. Where sold? Small parts on these rattles and photo frame ornaments can break or detach, posing a choking hazard to young children. Additionally, the rattles' plastic ring can break and expose sharp points. Beads on Bright Starts Star Teether Beads and Bright Starts Teether Beads can detach, posing a choking hazard. What models? Model 8483 has textured soft plastic beads in bright colors and star, spiral and oval shapes connected to a flexible plastic ring. Model 8549 has plastic beads in bright colors that are shaped as an oval and are connected to a flexible plastic ring. Where sold? Discount department and juvenile specialty stores. What to do?
