WHICH STATES ARE DECLINING IN POPULATION? The Census Bureau reported on Dec. 22 that four states lost population during the previous fiscal year, which ended July 1. Louisiana was the biggest loser, down nearly 220,000 - almost 5 percent of its pre-Hurricane Katrina population. Other losers were New York down 9,538, Rhode Island (down 5,969) and Michigan (down 5,190). Also, the District of Columbia was down by 519. Texas, the big winner, gained 579,275 people. Jack on one of the papular shows TV is a kiepher sutherland charactger that in the actors favor might not approve of this casual loss. Best require that La. repopulate its state. That is the abbriviation for Louisiana
