Army Pvt. Marlon B. McIntyre, son of William B. McIntyre of Pinellas Park, graduated from basic combat training at Fort Sill, Okla. He is a 2004 graduate of Gibbs High School.

Army Pvt. Harry R. Prescott, son of Stephen and Peggy Prescott of Seminole, graduated from basic combat training at Fort Knox, Ky. He is a 2003 graduate of the Clearwater Adult Education Center Annex.

Airman Alex J. Moulton, son of Roxanne Moulton of St. Petersburg, graduated from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. A 2006 graduate of Northeast High School, Moulton is training for the military police and will be stationed in Pensacola.

These recruits have graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas: Air Force Airman Brian E. Flaherty, son of James and Catherine Flaherty of St. Petersburg; Air Force Airman 1st Class Erika M. Malone, granddaughter of Tony Johnson of St. Petersburg; and Air Force Airman Matthew L. Zitnik, son of Davied and Gale Zitnik of St. Petersburg.

These recruits have graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, S.C.: Army Pvt. Jene L. Adeoye, daughter of Jannetta Phillips of St. Petersburg; and Army Pvt. Shayne E. McKeever, son of Deward McKeever of St. Petersburg.
