Ebaristo Medina of 7022 Oyster Bay Drive is charged with capital sexual battery and battery on a child with exposure. Medina, who lists his occupation as a laborer for a roofing company, forced himself on the child several times between Sept. 1 and Nov. 30 when the child was left in his care, sheriff's spokeswoman Debbie Carter said.

He is being held without bond at Orient Road Jail.
