Pre-Teen in pageant

A local girl is set to deliver a message to the world: look out.

Jana Lyn Miller of Brandon will compete in the 2007 Miss Pre-Teen Tampa pageant Feb. 11 in Tampa. Jana will appear in casual and formal wear with other girls ages 10 to 12.

Division winners head to Orlando for the national contest in December. That pageant offers more than $60,000 in prizes and awards. Nationals Inc., a pageant production company, is sponsoring both events.

The Miss Pre-Teen Tampa pageant takes place at 4 p.m. at the Centro Asturiano Theatre, 1913 N Nebraska Ave.
