Square footages will range from 1,274 to 1,629. Floor plans will include two or three bedrooms with two to three bathrooms. Price: $181,990 to $203,990 Amenities: Wired for security system and high-speed Internet access; Roman tub and separate shower in bathrooms; covered patios; pool with cabana; walking trail. What they're saying: "The Mango Ridge home buyer will be pleased to discover that the same features that are typically offered in single-family homes such as open family rooms, large master bedrooms and walk-in closets are also available in (these) new KB townhomes," said KB Home spokesperson Cara Kane.
