PALM HARBOR - Palm Harbor University defeated up-and-coming Chamberlain 5-0 at home. Eugene Starikov got his two goals, including the game's opener, Matt Tobin, Ishmail Kamara and Andreas Lagos scored. PHU coach Mike Mannino declined to compare this season's team to the Hurricanes' 2006 state championship squad. "It would be unfair to compare," Mannino said. "These kids want it all, and all I can tell you right now is that they are finishing like they want it all. And, even at the end of the game, everyone on the team wanted to continue finishing." The Hurricanes took a three-goal lead at the half and never looked back. David Sherman and Juan Silvera did their best against the 'Canes' 19 shots. Starikov and David Cole had two assists in the win.
