Rummage sale: St. Anne's Episcopal, 9870 W Fort Island Trail, Crystal River, will hold a rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today. Call 795-2176.

Special speaker: Renee Handtke, leader of the King's Court Ministry in Jacksonville, will speak at 1 and 7 p.m. Feb. 17 at New Beginnings Fellowship, 2577 N Florida Ave., Hernando. At 3 p.m. she will facilitate a workshop in sacred dance. Call Pastor Pam Burke at 613-1162.

Open house: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will host a community open house from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at 3474 W Southern St., Lecanto. President Steven Zabriskie will speak on "Our Lord's Great Plan of Happiness." Visual displays will illustrate church activities. Religious songs in sign language: This class will be offered from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays through March 27 at Central Florida Community College, 3800 S Lecanto Highway, Lecanto. The fee is $50. A book will be available for $35. Call (352) 249-1210.

Country western concert: Floral City United Methodist will host a concert with country western signer George Hamilton IV at 7 p.m. Feb. 14. Dessert served after the concert. No admission fee; an offering will be taken.

Bible study: First Baptist Church of Inverness will begin a 10-week Beth Moore ladies Bible study, "Believing God," at 6 p.m. Wednesdays beginning Feb. 14. Child care will be provided. Call 726-1252 to sign up or stop by the office at 550 Pleasant Grove Road.

Video retreat: North Oak Baptist will host a Beth Moore women's video retreat, Loving Well, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 17. The study will help in dealing with people who are difficult to love. Special show: St. Timothy Lutheran, 1070 N Suncoast Blvd, Crystal River, will host author and humorist Jonathan Richard Cring and conductor Janet Clazzy at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 14. Living single again: This new ministry teaches those who have been divorced or widowed how to have Christ-centered relationships. Church Without Walls: Donations needed for a yard sale fundraiser. Proceeds will go to Feed the Hungry and other support ministries.
