DEVELOPER: Trinity Properties of Tampa.

DESCRIPTION: One two-story building containing two townhomes. Each home has 2,776 square feet, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a two-car garage. Spanish revival architectural style.

PRICE: $649,900, preconstruction.

ARCHITECT: Luca Mazzacurati.

AMENITIES: Hardwood floors, 12-foot ceilings, crown molding and chair rails, granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, travertine or marble in baths, garden tub in master bath, clay barrel tile roof accents, concrete block construction, and a front porch.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: Each townhome has a separate apartment with 500 square feet, one bedroom, and one bath above the garage that can serve as a guest residence or an income-earning rental unit, said Alexandra Mazzacurati of Trinity Properties.

TIMELINE: Construction began in December and is scheduled to be complete in June.
