The Citrus County Democratic Executive Committee is selling tickets for its annual FDR/JFK Dinner, beginning with a meet and greet social hour at 6 p.m., dinner at 7 p.m. March 3 at the West Citrus Elks Lodge, 7890 W Grover Cleveland Blvd., Homosassa. Featured speaker John Lambie, of Florida House Institute for Sustainable Development, will speak on "Integration of the Environment and Development." Local environmental activist Helen Spivey will speak about local environmental issues. Menu offers a choice of chicken cordon bleu, roast beef or vegetable plate. Tickets are $30.
