BASKETBALL

Largo Magic

The team is looking for players between the ages of 14-17 and will be holding tryouts for the 16-under and 17-under teams. Call Wil Vaughn at 773-5608.

City of Clearwater

The city will host youth training sessions for boys and girls ages 7-14 on Mondays and Wednesdays at Countryside recreation 2640 Sabal Springs Drive and Tuesdays at the Long Center (1501 N. Belcher Rd.). Call 460-1904.

FOOTBALL

The Tarpon Springs Junior Spongers are holding registration for the 2007 season beginning March 9 from 6-8 p.m. and March 10 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Registration will be held at the Tarpon Springs Community Center. Call 939-2107.

HIGH SCHOOLS

The Canterbury School is looking for two assistant volleyball coaches, an assistant swim coach, a head boys basketball coach and a head boys swim coach. Call athletic director Dave Smith at 521-5919 for information.
