Outside the Lines: 9:30 a.m. on ESPN. The show has two pieces. The first is on former NFL quarterback Quincy Carter, who speaks publicly for the first time on the impact of his marijuana use. The second is an investigative piece on a Dominican marriage-for-visa scam involving professional baseball players.

Duke at North Carolina: 4 p.m. on Ch. 10. The Blue Devils have survived their regular-season scare and will make the NCAA Tournament. Nevertheless, this is always a fun game.
