Oceanic and AERIS digital dive computers

Company: Pelagic Pressure Systems

Why? When performing a switch from one gas to another during a dive, the dive computer's display will lock up and not return to the main dive screen that displays dive times, causing divers to enter decompression unknowingly or ascend prematurely, resulting in decompression sickness.

What models? Oceanic-brand ATOM 2.0 dive computers with serial numbers 1 through 2,079 (Revisions 2E, 3A, and 3B) and AERIS-brand EPIC dive computers with serial numbers 1 through 712 (Revision 1A).

Where sold? Oceanic and AERIS dealers.

What to do? Take to an Oceanic or AERIS dealer for free software upgrade.

Why? If the battery is struck forcefully on the corner the battery pack can overheat and pose a fire hazard to users.

What models? Sold with new ThinkPad notebook PCs or as optional or replacement batteries for these ThinkPad notebook models: R Series (R60 and R60e), T Series (T60 and T60p) and Z Series (Z60m, Z61e, Z61m, and Z61p). The recalled 9-cell batteries have this part number on the battery label: FRU P/N 92P1131.

Where sold? Lenovo's Web sites, telephone and direct sales, and Lenovo distributors and as part of a ThinkPad notebook computer.

What models? This is an expansion of an earlier recall. Packages have establishment number "P-19676" inside the USDA mark of inspection and a "Use by" date earlier than "28 May 2007." These products are recalled:
