Lost boy returns home unharmed

A 10-year-old boy was found safe about 4 a.m. Sunday after wandering lost in the woods near his home for more than 10 hours. Christopher Steven Suri left home his house about 5 p.m. Saturday carrying his dad's sword after watching the adventure flick Bridge to Terabithia. The boy ended up on his own adventure, getting lost in the dark woods until a Stepps Towing Co. employee found him at 3:30 a.m. on an Interstate 75 ramp near State Road 54. He was unharmed nd returned to his parents, Pasco Sheriff's Office spokesman Doug Tobin said. The sword was not so lucky. "The mother gave it to our deputies to dispose of. I think she wanted it out of the house," Tobin said.
