COUNTYWIDE Pinellas County helicopters will drop raccoon bait laced with rabies vaccine beginning Monday. Secondary treatment areas include the Weedon Island Preserve, Gandy flats, St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, the county's solid waste plant and other parks south of Gulf-to-Bay. The vaccine is sealed in a polymer sachet and placed in a small square block of fish meal bait.
