Local talents off to national tournament

Lightning Bolt track club coach Garlynn Boyd is taking a strong contingent of county athletes to participate in the National Scholastic Indoor Championships, held today-Sunday at the Armory Track and Field Center in New York City.

Lakewood's Jazmyn Shorter, Paul Britton and Ali Crabb are just some of the participants making the expenses-paid trip.
