Shelf life Look for these new items at your grocery store. Tortilla chips that are soft - and crunchy Frito-Lay is introducing Tostitos Flour Tortilla chips, which have a soft, crunchy texture and subtle flavor. Suggested retail price for the 10-ounce bag is $3.49. Also from Frito-Lay comes Creamy Spinach Dip and Creamy Southwest Ranch Dip, the first dairy dips under the Tostitos brand. Suggested retail price for a 15.25-ounce jar is $3.29. More granola to ponder Granola lovers have a new option in the cereal aisle: a 100 percent natural cereal. Nature Valley cereal is made with Nature Valley Granola Bar bits, crisp rolled oats and lightly toasted multigrain flakes. The cereal, offered in Oats 'N Honey and Cinnamon, retails at $3.99 for a 14-ounce box. 100-calorie madness Okay, few of the 100-calorie snacks are health food - but at least they help you manage junk-food intake. Among the newer offerings: Keebler's Right Bites Fudge Shoppe Grasshopper cookies, Chex chocolate caramel and cheddar varieties, and Hostess mini cakes (yellow, carrot and chocolate). And, get this, Oh Boy! Oberto Jerky Bites are available in Original Beef and Teriyaki Turkey. Prices vary. More veggies in the mix Five new Lean Cuisine meals have twice as many vegetables as previous versions. Each meal contains 350 calories or less, 2 to 6 grams of fiber and two servings of vegetables. The new entrees are Sesame Stir Fry Chicken, Butternut Squash Ravioli, Ginger Garlic Stir Fry with Chicken, Grilled Chicken Primavera and Hunan Stir Fry with Beef. The suggested retail price is $3.19. Compiled by Linda Cole from staff and wire reports. Cooking on TV Chefography Week Want to know more about the chef-celebrities you adore on Food Network? Well, you'll have to give up some of your weekly American Idol fix if you want to see every one of the one-hour programs. Might be worth it as the show takes you into their home kitchens, not just the sets where they normally cook. Here's the lineup: Sunday: Rachael Ray, 9 p.m.; Bobby Flay, 10 p.m. Monday: Nigella Lawson, 9 p.m. Tuesday: Sandra Lee, 9 p.m. March 21: Tyler Florence, 9 p.m. March 22: Mario Batali, 9 p.m.
