Sterling is a 2-year-old male silver-gray tabby. Nick is a 5-month-old male brown and cream Siamese snowshoe.

Home at Last Pet Adoptions Inc. is an all-volunteer rescue group dedicated to saving animals, predominantly cats, facing death at local shelters. There were two adoptions March 7-13.

Animals are evaluated for temperament and health. When ready for adoption, they are neutered and given age-appropriate shots, treated for fleas, wormed, tested for feline leukemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus, and microchipped. Animals are seen by appointment or at occasional special adoption events.
