Bessolo Design Group Inc., 556 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, has been awarded these contracts: Penney Retirement/Dementia Care Facility, 12,000- to 13,000-square-foot, 18-unit, one-story dementia care facility designed to nursing home requirements including emergency generator, activity areas, central bathing, storage, residential laundry and barber/beauty shops; and Belcher Professional Complex, consists of renovating existing buildings to include removing the roof on the south building, raising a roof structure on knee walls to match north building and creating of an entry.
