Boley Centers offers summer internship

ST. PETERSBURG

The Boley Centers' 2007 Summer Youth Intern Program is a 10-week summer employment program for young adults aged 14-23.

Interns will work 30 hours per week June 4 through Aug. 10, and will be placed according to interests, skill and location.

Applications for the program are available now through 5 p.m. April 27 at St. Petersburg recreation centers and public high schools, City Hall, Enoch Davis Community Center, James B. Sanderlin Family Service Center, Pinellas County Urban League, Everyone's Youth United and the Boley Centers' employment and youth programs locations.

Donate clothes for Stein Mart discount

The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, the Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin and Stein Mart will collaborate in Trade In, Trade Up at all Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Seminole and St. Petersburg stores.

For donations of gently used items of clothing (on hangers), donors will receive a maximum of four coupons worth 20 percent off at Stein Mart.

Tax receipts will be available, and all donations will help support Hospice. Call 898-8814.

ST. PETERSBURG

Dine, dance with a 'Grease' cast member

An evening of dinner and dancing with special guest Frank Ingo, one of the original cast of Grease, will be held 6 p.m.-11 p.m. Saturday at the St. Petersburg Country Club, 11 Central Ave.

Ingo will demonstrate the latest dance crazes with music by Lucian and the All Stars.

Also silent auction, dance contests and dinner. Proceeds benefit Sertoma charities. $60 per person. Call 867-5614 or 867-5603 for reservations.
